The showdown of the 1st National League Formation Latin took place in Ludwigsburg. It has been a while, since the season was so exiting, as only three of the eight positions in the ranking appeared to be set: In the lead, reigning German and World Champion, Grün-Gold-Club Bremen A, promoted TSK Buchholz on fifth and Ruhr-Casino Bochum on the last position.

German Championship Youth A Latin – Three Daniels on the Winners’ podium
The Berlin-Gretel-Bergmann-Hall was well filled on the second day of championships, when 77 couples competed for the German cup.Two Daniels fought for the vitory.

New German Champions Juniors I B Latin
35 couples competed this Saturday noon in Berlin. The semi final was filled with couples from 5 different federal states, but in the final, there were only two couples each from Bremen, Nordrhein-Westphalen and Baden-Württemberg.

German Champions Juniors II B Latin from Berlin
Four dancers from Berlin reached the final out of 71 couples at the German championship Juniors II B Latin. Only Efrem Kuzmichenko/Samira Hafez were both from Berlin. Pawel Pastuchow/Juliane Engelke, who were sixth last year, danced for Bremen with new partners this year.

Doga/Ertmer receiving European Bronze Medal 10-dance
Balan/Moshenska winning World Ranking Competition Latin
Dumitru Doga/Sarah Ertmer from Düsseldorf made it to the rostrum of the European Championship 10-dance in Copenhagen, Denmark. They were given the bronze medal and missed the silver medal only in a bit more of a half point.

The ranking competition in the Boston-Club Düsseldorf was well attended: Among the 26 couples taking part in this competition eight are raking among the best twelve couples in the German ranking list. According to this fact semi-final and final was a real pleasure for the audience.

The place where the competition took place is not only difficult to spell, but also difficult to pronounce: Szigetszentmiklós, close to the Hungarian capital Budapest. The city is on a small island on the Danube and therefore was the perfect setting for a romantic Valentine’s day.

Again both teams from Bremen in the lead
In Düren, the ‘Bergfest‘ of the 1st National League Latin was celebrated. The third competition was another reason to celebrate for Grün-Gold-Club Bremen. For another time, the A-team won with 7 out of 7 possible first places and proofed another time that ‘Rocky’ is simply unbeatable.

Grün-Weiß Braunschweig – third consecutive win of National League competition
TSC Grün-Weiß Braunschweig is on the best way to move into the First National League. Braunschweig won for the third consecutive time and thereby secured their place in the ranking. Four points ahead of the runners up are a comfortable lead.
