Kies/Ribas Turon Defend their Title
An sms by the national coach Oliver Wessel-Therhorn from Tokyo
bore the good news of Christoph Kies' and Blanca Ribas Turon's
successful defense of their title at the IDSF World Ten Dance in
Tokyo. 5000 viewers watched the fivefold German Champions dancing
towards their victory at the Metropolitan Gymnasium in Tokyo.
Just as German Sports Director Michael Eichert added: "The
start number 13 brought them good luck. They were facing extremely
hard competition. This was definitely the toughest World
Championship they've ever had". There were 29 couples at the start.
